In recognising this, I want to take a moment to learn, and subsequently present, those who have been working hard in the background. The strong-willed whose actions and motivation trickle down to inspire and ignite the rest of us.

This project will involve several things. Speaking loosely, it will follow a research -> ideation -> implementation style process, whereby identified protagonists are discovered, interviewed and understood. After this, we move to ideation, where the identity of each protagonist is effectively communicated using visual tools within the realm of photography, i.e., hair, make-up, styling, set design, light, and motion -- the degree to which each is implemented depends entirely on the identity of the subject. Finally, our work will tend towards the output of a series of photos depicting each protagonist.
